Everyone understands that overworking and exhausting one's nerves is bad for both health and work efficiency. However, working in a 'leisurely and sluggish' manner is also inefficient and wastes precious time. It takes some training for many people to be able to concentrate when necessary, avoid dawdling during other times, and, once the day's work is done, effectively switch off and refresh themselves.
