他人の悩みや苦しみに対する楽観主義
とりわけ苛立たしいのは、当事者としてその悩みや苦しみを分かち合う必要のない人々が、私たち自身の悩みや苦しみについて示す楽観主義である。他人の悩みや苦しみについて楽観的であることは、それを消し去る、あるいは軽減するためのかなり具体的な提案を伴わないかぎり、きわめて危険である。Optimism about other people's troubles
